The ultimate objective of quality assurance is to make customers happy by preventing mistakes and defects while delivering product or services. The quality assurance approaches differ from the quality control techniques which focuses on defectingdefects and rejection after the fact. In contrast, quality assurance aims to prevent defects at the first place.

Quality assurance approaches are grounded in two major principles. First, the solution is ‘fit for purpose’.That is, the product or service can deliver the promises. Second, the solution is ‘right first-time’ which is achievable by eliminating the possibility of mistakes by design. We apply industry standards and globally acceptable quality assurance methods such as Lean&Six Sigma, Design for Six Sigma (DfFS), etc.Through quality assurance, we promise to deliver better, faster and cost-effective solutions for complex and high-demanding projects.
